Day 2: The Gift Only You Can Give

Reading: Matthew 19:16-22; Proverbs 3:5-6

The rich young ruler had everything—wealth, status, religious credentials—yet something was missing. He asked what he could do for God, but Jesus asked what he would surrender. Here's a profound truth: God, who owns everything, doesn't have your love, trust, worship, or time unless you give it. These are gifts only you can offer. What sits on the throne of your heart? What are you unwilling to let go? God isn't asking you to earn His love; He's inviting you to trust Him completely. Stop leaning on your own understanding. Identify one thing you've been holding back from God today, and surrender it fully to His lordship.
