Day 2: Bought with a Price

Reading: 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 1 Peter 2:9-12

You are not your own—you were bought at a price. These words should revolutionize how we view ourselves and our purpose. We are God's special possession, called out of darkness into His marvelous light. This isn't just positional truth; it's a daily reality that should shape every decision.

The price paid for your redemption was the precious blood of Jesus. When you truly grasp this, the question becomes: Does my life reflect my understanding of what He's done for me? You don't need extraordinary talents or perfect circumstances to fulfill your calling. You simply need to declare the praises of Him who called you. Whether you're young or old, in chains or free, employed or retired, you have a testimony. Someone in your sphere of influence needs to hear what God has done for you. You are a reflector of His glory—let His light bounce off your life into the darkness around you.

Reflection: How does knowing you were "bought at a price" change how you view your daily activities and relationships?
