Day 5: I Know

Reading: Revelation 2:1-7

Devotional: "I know." These two words from Jesus should both comfort and convict us. He knows your hard work, your perseverance, your faithfulness in difficult places. He also knows where your passion has cooled into routine, where your devotion has become obligation. Jesus doesn't shame the church at Ephesus for losing their first love—He invites them to remember and return. Where has your walk with God become mechanical? When did worship shift from joy to duty? Jesus isn't asking for perfection; He's asking for direction. Return to your first love. Remember when His presence was enough, when Scripture excited you, when prayer felt like coming home. That place still exists. God hasn't moved; perhaps you've just been going through motions so long you forgot what passion feels like. Today, sit quietly with Jesus and simply say, "I want to love You like I once did." He's been waiting to hear it.
