Day 5: His Mercy Is More
Reading: 1 Corinthians 11:23-26, Luke 23:38-43
Our sins are many, but His mercy is more. On the cross, a dying criminal recognized Jesus as King and simply asked, "Remember me." Despite a lifetime of sin, Jesus promised him paradise that very day. This is the scandalous grace we celebrate. Death has lost its sting because Christ conquered the grave. As you take communion, remember what He's done. Don't rush past this moment. Examine your heart, confess your sins, and receive His forgiveness. The same Jesus who saved a criminal in his final moments offers you salvation today. Where death is swallowed up in victory, you stand redeemed. His love is stronger than darkness. His mercy is higher than your deepest failure. Today is the day of salvation. Will you lay it all down and surrender completely to Him? He's waiting to save you, heal you, and transform you.
