Day 4: Trouble and Triumph

Reading: John 16:33; 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Jesus never promised a trouble-free life. In fact, He guaranteed we'd face hardship. But here's the hope: He has overcome the world. Your temporary struggles are producing eternal glory far beyond comparison. When God wanted to make David a king, He gave him Goliath. When He wanted Joseph in the palace, He allowed prison. Your crisis may be God's classroom. What feels like breaking is actually building. The hardship you're facing isn't wasted—God is accomplishing something profound. Don't bail out when things get difficult. Install a spiritual factory reset that says, "I won't quit. I'll press on." Your children, your friends, your community need to see consistency in crisis. Let them witness faith that doesn't crumble when circumstances change.
