Day 4: The Lord Is Near to the Brokenhearted

Reading: Psalm 34:15-22

Perhaps you're walking through devastation today—loss, betrayal, confusion, or pain that makes breathing difficult. The promise stands: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He doesn't watch your suffering from a distance; He draws near in your darkest moments. This isn't a someday God or a theoretical comfort—He is a right-now God for your right-now pain. You don't need to have it all together or understand why this happened. Simply press into His presence. Cast your cares upon Him because He genuinely cares for you. Let Him be your Rock, your Fortress, your Deliverer. The righteous face many troubles, but the Lord delivers them from all. Your breakthrough may not come on your timeline, but His presence sustains you through every moment.
