Day 4: Strength Made Perfect in Weakness

Reading: 2 Corinthians 12:8-10; Psalm 46:1-3

The Apostle Paul pleaded three times for his thorn to be removed. Three times he was told no. The answer he received instead reframes the entire conversation about weakness. God's power is made perfect precisely in the places where human strength runs out. The sermon made a point that many hesitate to speak of God because they feel they must have everything figured out first. But Paul's testimony was not one of perfection. It was one of persistent dependence. When you are transparent about your weakness, you are not undermining your witness. You are demonstrating the very mechanism by which God works. The generation watching you does not need a perfect example. They need an honest one.
