Day 4: Materials for Miracles

Reading: John 6:1-13

A boy brought five loaves and two fish to Jesus—seven items representing completeness and perfection. What seemed insufficient became more than enough in the Savior's hands. You may feel you're coming to Jesus with not enough—not enough faith, resources, strength, or answers. But little is much when God is in it. The disciples saw impossibility; Jesus saw opportunity. Andrew didn't understand how it would work, but he brought what he had to Jesus anyway. What materials for miracles are you holding back from the Lord? Your five and two may feel inadequate, but they're perfect for God's purposes. Wherever Jesus went, He habitually healed, constantly delivered, and continuously set captives free. Bring your insufficiency to Him today and watch Him multiply it beyond your imagination.
