Day 3: Qualified by Grace Alone

Reading: 2 Corinthians 3:5-6 and Ephesians 2:8-10

Inadequacy is one of the heaviest weights a person can carry. The feeling that you cannot hit the mark, that you keep falling short no matter how hard you try, can cloud everything. But the Scriptures are direct: your qualification does not come from you. As the pastor stated, "It's nothing that we can do out of our own strength. It's all in him." You were not saved because you were enough. You were saved because He is. And now, having been made His, you were created for good works that He prepared in advance. You are not disqualified. You are commissioned.

Reflection: In what area of your life has inadequacy been speaking the loudest? Bring that specific area before God and ask Him to replace that voice with the truth of Ephesians 2:10.
