Day 3: No Longer a Slave to Fear

Reading: Romans 8:12-17

You are not defined by your past, your mistakes, or your circumstances. You are a child of God. This identity changes everything. The Spirit you received does not make you a slave to fear; instead, you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry, "Abba, Father." God loves you too much to leave you unchanged. He doesn't say, "That's just how you are—get used to it." Instead, He transforms you from the inside out, replacing grumpy dispositions with joy, anxiety with peace, and selfishness with generosity. Today, examine areas where fear still holds you captive. Speak this truth over yourself: "I am no longer a slave to fear; I am a child of God." Let this identity reshape how you face today's challenges.
