Day 3: Finding Rest in Jesus

Matthew 11:28-30

Jesus invites all who are weary and burdened to come to Him for rest. In a world that often glorifies busyness, Christ offers us a different way - His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. Reflect on the areas of your life where you feel overwhelmed or burned out. How might Jesus be calling you to lay those burdens at His feet? Take time to visualize yourself handing over your worries and responsibilities to Christ, and receiving His peace in return.
