Day 2: The Power of Belief

Reading: John 20:24-31; Mark 9:21-24

Thomas doubted until he saw Jesus with his own eyes, yet Jesus pronounced a special blessing on those who believe without seeing—that's us. We haven't physically encountered the risen Christ, yet we believe. What power resides in that faith! The desperate father in Mark captures our struggle perfectly: "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!" This honest prayer acknowledges both our faith and our frailty. Jesus doesn't condemn our doubts; He meets us in them. Everything is possible for those who believe. Today, confess your unbelief to God. Don't hide behind spiritual pretense. Pour out your honest struggles before Him, asking Him to strengthen your faith where it wavers. He responds to authentic hearts seeking Him.
