Day 2: Declaring Victory Over Death

Reading: John 16:33; 1 Corinthians 15:58

"In this world you will have tribulation, but take heart—I have overcome the world." This isn't a promise to avoid trials but an assurance of victory through them. Death was arrested when Jesus rose, breaking every chain that held us captive to sin, shame, and despair. We serve a risen Savior who didn't just survive the grave but conquered it completely. Your struggles don't define you; His resurrection does. When you feel overwhelmed, remember that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. You're not merely surviving—you're living in resurrection power. Therefore, be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Your labor isn't in vain. Press on today knowing that because He lives, you can face whatever comes with confidence and hope.
