Day 1: The Glory of His Arrival

Reading: Luke 2:8-14

The shepherds experienced something extraordinary—heaven interrupting earth with a message of glory. "Glory to God in the highest" wasn't just an announcement; it was the proper response to God's intervention in humanity. Today, pause and consider: when was the last time you gave God the supreme praise He deserves? We get so caught up in our schedules, our to-do lists, and our worries that we miss moments of worship. The shepherds were common people doing common work, yet God chose them for this divine revelation. You may feel ordinary, but God sees you and desires your worship. Let praise break forth from your heart today, not as an obligation, but as a response to who He is. Practice interrupting your busy thoughts with moments of "Glory to God" throughout your day.
