Day 1: The Beginning of Wisdom
Reading: Proverbs 2:1-6; Proverbs 4:11-12
Wisdom is not something we stumble into. It is something we pursue with the same intensity we would pursue hidden treasure. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, made this clear. Yet wisdom is not merely intellectual knowledge or life experience. It begins with drawing near to God, crying out to Him, and seeking His understanding above all else. When we pursue God with that kind of hunger, He promises that our path will be clear and our steps unhindered. The question is not whether wisdom is available. The question is whether we are willing to seek it seriously enough to find it.
Reflection: What area of your life are you navigating in your own understanding rather than actively seeking God's wisdom?
Practical Application: Set aside ten minutes today to pray specifically for wisdom in one area where you feel uncertain or divided. Write down what you sense God saying.
