Day 1: A Heart Made for Home
Reading: Ecclesiastes 3:11, Romans 1:20-21
God has wired every human soul with a longing that nothing in this world can fully satisfy. The restlessness you feel is not a flaw — it is a compass. Creation itself points to the Creator, and the ache you carry for something more is evidence that you were made for Him. The world offers endless substitutes: success, distraction, comfort, noise. But none of them fill the space that only the Father can occupy. Stop running toward things that cannot hold you. Turn toward the One who placed that longing inside you in the first place, and let Him be enough.
Reflection Question: What have you been reaching for in place of God, and what would it look like to bring that longing to the Father today?
Practical Application: Set aside ten minutes of silence today. No phone, no music, no noise. Simply sit and acknowledge that God is present with you in that moment.
