Day 4: Ready for His Return

Reading: Matthew 24:36-44

Jesus is coming back, and the signs around us echo the days of Noah—secular philosophy, moral compromise, violence, sexual perversion celebrated as progress, and deaf ears to righteous preaching. Yet many live as though eternity will never arrive. Noah preached for 100 years while building an ark, warning of judgment to come. People mocked him until the rain began to fall—then it was too late. The door of the ark closed, and opportunity ended. Are you ready for Christ's return? Not someday ready, but today ready? Don't let comfort lull you to spiritual sleep or worldly distractions numb your awareness of eternal realities. Seek the Lord while He may be found. Call on Him while He is near. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Today is your moment to surrender fully.

Reflection Question: If Jesus returned today, would you be ready? What needs to change in your life?
