Day 3: The Power of Praise

Psalm 22:3 and Psalm 139:14

Praise isn't just something we do when everything is going well. It's a powerful spiritual weapon that ushers in God's presence, even in our darkest moments. The Psalmist reminds us that God is "enthroned on the praises" of His people. When we choose to praise, we're inviting God to take His rightful place in our lives and circumstances.

Moreover, praising God for how He created us challenges the negative self-talk we often engage in. You are "fearfully and wonderfully made" - a masterpiece of the Divine Artist. Today, make a list of five things you can praise God for, even if you're going through a difficult time. Then, list five things you appreciate about how God made you. Let this practice of praise shift your focus from your problems to God's presence.

Prayer: Father, I choose to praise You today, regardless of my circumstances. Thank You for creating me with purpose and intention.
