Day 3: Enduring Hardship with Hope
Romans 5:1-5; 2 Corinthians 4:7-9
Today's passages speak to the reality of suffering in the Christian life, but also the hope we have in Christ. Paul reminds us that suffering produces perseverance, character, and ultimately, hope. We are "hard pressed on every side, but not crushed." Reflect on challenges you're currently facing. How might God be using these difficulties to develop your character and deepen your hope? Remember, we are like jars of clay - fragile, yet containing the treasure of Christ within us. This means that even in our weakness, God's power is made perfect. Take heart and trust that God is working through your trials to produce something beautiful in you.
