Day 2: Who Do You Say That I Am?

Reading: Matthew 16:13-19

Jesus asked His disciples a piercing question that echoes through time: "Who do you say that I am?" This isn't about theological correctness but personal relationship. Peter's answer—"You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God"—came through divine revelation, not human reasoning. Today, examine your own answer to this question. Does your prayer life reflect belief in an Almighty God, or have your prayers become self-serving complaints? When we truly understand who Jesus is, it transforms how we approach Him. We stop seeking signs and start seeking the Savior. We move from demanding miracles to following the Miracle Worker. Take time today to declare who Jesus is to you, not just with words but with a life surrendered to His lordship.
