Day 2: Standing Firm on God's Word
Reading: Philippians 3:12-14; Hebrews 11:8-10
When God called Abraham, He gave him a destination without a map. Go to the land I will show you. That was the entirety of the instruction. Abraham's obedience was not built on information but on trust in the One who was giving the direction. Philippians 3:12-14 echoes this forward movement, describing a life that forgets what is behind and strains toward what is ahead. God's direction can feel painfully incomplete. But incompleteness is not abandonment. It is an invitation to keep your eyes on the Guide rather than the road. You do not need to see the whole path. You need to know the One who does.
