Day 2: Seeking God With Your Whole Heart

Reading: Jeremiah 29:13

There is a profound difference between casually acknowledging God and wholeheartedly seeking Him. Many people want the peace and stability that only God provides, yet they search for it in noise, distraction, accumulation, and control. The promise of Scripture is clear -- God is found by those who seek Him with everything they have. This requires stillness. It requires putting down the device, quieting the scroll, and sitting in His presence long enough to hear Him speak. The world is desperate for what a seeking heart discovers. Before you can tell anyone else where to find God, you must be actively finding Him yourself each day.
